Elected Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, and honoured with the Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Award (2016), the SENIA International World Changer Award (2023), and the Global Inclusion Award for Social Impact at UNESCO Paris (2024).
Manobina is also the Gujarat State President for the Inclusive Education and Skill Development Council of  Women's Indian Chamber of Commerce (WICCI )
