A globally recognised Inclusive Education Leader, DEI Strategist and Neurodiversity Coach with over two decades of cross-continental experience spanning India, the UK and international advisory engagements.  Founder of i for inclusion, she partners with governments, schools, universities, and corporates to embed neurodiversity and equity into policy, pedagogy and workplace culture.

Elected Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, and honoured with the Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Award (2016), the SENIA International World Changer Award (2023), and the Global Inclusion Award for Social Impact at UNESCO Paris (2024).
Manobina is also the Gujarat State President for the Inclusive Education and Skill Development Council of  Women's Indian Chamber of Commerce (WICCI )
