Manobina Chakraborty FRSA
Founder
Manobina Chakraborty is an Inclusive Education Consultant (K-12), a Neurodiversity Coach and a learning leader based in India. She is a certified Special Educational Needs expert with nearly two decades of experience in the field. Manobina is associated with reputed educational organizations in India and the UK, and has been instrumental in setting up special/integrated/inclusive schools. She has huge experience in teaching and providing therapeutic interventions to children and young people with Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD).
Manobina Chakraborty is an elected fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (London). She was also a recipient of Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Award in the year 2016 for her contribution to education in Gujarat, India.

Tiffany James
Founding Member
Tiffany James, Vice President of Nessy LLC America is a Certified Structured Language Teacher, Certified Reading Specialist, qualified Dyslexia Screener, and Dyslexia Specialist with 25 years of Kindergarten Teaching experience.
Ms James is a sought after consultant because of her expertise in both reading program implementation for general readers, extensive knowledge of screening and instructional grouping, and her specialisation in dyslexia. Her knowledge and expertise in dyslexia identification, standardised testing, progress and monitoring, and dyslexia advocacy, keep her in demand by both individual families looking for help and advice, and schools and school districts endeavouring to build successful literacy programs.
She is the founder and CEO of the Reading Center, a tutoring practice in Texas founded in 2003 to help struggling readers. She jointly and executively produced the film MICAL with Mike Jones, the founder of Nessy.

Lola Aneke

Lola Aneke is an award winning educator with a practicing license from North Carolina in the United States. She holds a Master of Art in Teaching (MAT) Special and Inclusive Education from Meredith College, North Carolina. Lola is an IBCCES Board Certified Telepractice Specialist (BCTS) as well as a Board Certified Cognitive Specialist (BCCS). Her certification/license covers the 13 disabilities in the United States Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and she has taught children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), speech and communication disorders, learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and other related disabilities in the United States and Nigeria. Lola is the Founder/CEO of the Comprehensive Autism and related Disabilities Education and Training Academy, and the non-profit, Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) Dewdrops Community Centre for Special Needs, both located in Abuja. She has trained and empowered numerous parents, teachers and caregivers locally and internationally and has published three crucial books.

Therese C Matell-Bosshardt

Therese Bosshardt is the President of Empowering STEPS LLC and a Certified Educational Trainer with The Institute of HeartMath Programs. Therese has trained scientists, educators, counselors, first responders, and mental health professionals both nationally and internationally. This includes staff and students from a wide range of organizations including Taglin Trust International School Singapore, Jakarta International School, Reed School Newtown CT, University of Arizona, and Harvard Medical School.
The core of her training and coaching philosophy is built around understanding the power of emotional self-regulation and the practice of resilience.
Therese is also a Certified Life Coach and Reiki Master. Her passion for mind and body wellness provides a comprehensive foundation that helps people learn the steps required to regain their resilience and well-being. Perhaps most importantly, Therese has learned various ways to help find the proper balance between the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of our life. The balanced integration of these components ensures that an individual can achieve their highest desired potential.

Enid Webb

Enid Webb is a renowned Educational Consultant and owner of Silver Linings Educations Services. Enid’s unique approach helping others achieve their full potential started over three decades ago in Northern California. Her passion for learning new techniques and being at the forefront of groundbreaking advancements in education has positioned Enid as a pioneer in her field. As a graduate of the renowned speech pathology program at CSU, Chico, Enid earned both her BA and Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology.
Enid was also trained in the framework of the SCERTS (Social Communication, Emotional Regulation, and Transactional Support) Model for students who were diagnosed along the autism spectrum. Furthermore, Enid also provided teacher trainings for Howard Gardner’s Multiple Intelligences Theory to integrate curriculum that appealed to all modes of learning
In order to expand her influence beyond the classroom, she was inspired to start the Webb Center for Communication and Learning, where her students with dyslexia progressed and gained confidence, with a customized program to meet their individual needs. The love of effective advocacy also began here. Her desire to reach more children and help more parents led her to create Silver Linings Education Services.

Blessing Ingyape
Founding Member
Blessing Ingyape is an International certified special needs teacher and Dyslexia coach. She is the founder of Dyslexia Help Africa, and is currently living in the city of Abuja, Nigeria.
Blessing’s certification covers the 13 disabilities mentioned in the IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act) but her passion lies within kids with specific learning difficulties. Over the years she has recorded amazing progress working with these kids.
Blessing is also certified by the IBCCES (International Board for Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards.) This certification gives her the leverage to offer intervention services to children with special needs in any part of the world.
Currently, she is running a dyslexia course with the University College London.
Blessing is a Scholarship beneficiary of the LDA (Learning Disabilty Association of America) 55th annual conference.

Archana Garg
Psychologist
Archana Garg is an experienced Clinical Psychologist with a demonstrated history of working with children and young adults in different parts of India for almost two decades. She has extensive experience in psychological assessment. She is skilled in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Systematic Therapy, Developmental Theory, Theraplay, and Cognitive Analytic Therapy. Archana is a licensed Rehalilitations Psychologist affiliated with the Rehabilitation Council of India (Registration No. A07105). She has a very keen interest in working for the vocational rehabilitation of neurodivergent children and young people.
